Our family-owned business specializes in all aspects of real estate. We personally own and manage all our properties. We commenced our journey in 2009 by investing in a portfolio of single-family rentals spanning from San Antonio to Austin and Dallas. Our comprehensive understanding of the Texas real estate market has enabled us to expand our operations to commercial and industrial properties in San Antonio, the surrounding areas, and Midland. Our diverse backgrounds have been instrumental in shaping our current success.
Who We Are
Adam Gates
Before founding Ridgeview Realty LLC, Adam Gates was a Principal at Cypress Real Estate Advisors where he oversaw the investment and asset management teams. He was responsible for overseeing day to day investment due diligence and deal sourcing as well the management and operations of existing assets. During his time at Cypress he was responsible for over $250 million in equity invested across projects that included acquisition, rehab and development of over 3,500 apartments and single family homes in Texas, Colorado and Florida. Prior to Cypress, Adam was with ProLogis where he was responsible for acquisition and new development in the Ontario, California office. He also worked as a Development Manager with the Koll Company where he was responsible for the vertical development of several office and industrial projects in Southern California. Adam received his undergraduate degree in Construction Management and Business from California Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo and a Masters in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
Silvia Gates
A Colorado transplant who since 2008 calls South Austin home when she moved to assist opening an office for an urban design firm, later she transitioned to establish a wind development office and then obtained her real estate license in 2010. Since that time she represented a private trust company in purchasing over 300 homes throughout the country. Those transactions gave Silvia a unique perspective in understanding the needs of buyers and sellers as clients. She then focused her time assisting in the management of their large single family rental portfolio, and some short term rentals.
